The right room changes everything.

I'm a Content Strategy & Marketing Lead who turns customer insights, internal expertise, and relationships into full-funnel marketing that drives revenue.

Companies bring me in at two marketing inflection points.

From building the marketing foundation as a company's first Marketing Lead to leading Content Strategy across established teams, I connect content marketing, events, community, and partnerships into one integrated growth engine. Sometimes you need someone to build the marketing foundation. Sometimes you already have the team—you need a Content Strategy Lead who can connect the dots.

I've spent 16+ years doing both.

CONNECT

You have a marketing team. You need a Content Strategy Lead.

Your team is creating content. Sales is talking to customers. Leadership has a point of view. Your subject-matter experts are sitting on a goldmine of insights.

But nobody is connecting it all.

I turn customer voice + internal stakeholder insights + business priorities into an integrated, full-funnel Content Marketing Strategy that connects what your company knows to what your customers need—and ultimately to revenue.

You need your first Marketing Lead.

You've reached the point where founder-led marketing, disconnected freelancers, or a pile of tactics isn't enough.

As a Fractional Marketing Lead, I build the marketing foundation: customer research, positioning, messaging, Content Strategy, campaigns, channels, systems, measurement, and the operating rhythm your team needs to grow.

The goal isn't more marketing activity. It's a marketing engine your team can actually run.

BUILD

Blurred motion of a person walking past bookshelves filled with colorful books in a modern library or bookstore.

I find the signal. Connect the dots. Build the system. Create the room.

Great marketing starts with listening.

I interview customers, sales teams, founders, subject-matter experts, and internal stakeholders to uncover the ideas, problems, language, and opportunities already hiding inside your business.

Then I turn those insights into a connected strategy across the full customer journey.

Content Marketing starts the conversation.
Events deepen the relationship.
Community creates belonging.
Partnerships expand distribution.
Systems make it repeatable.

Instead of five disconnected marketing tactics, you get one integrated marketing engine designed around how your customers actually discover, trust, and buy from you.

Full-Funnel Content Marketing, Events & Partnerships That Drive Revenue

Content doesn't live in a vacuum. As a Content Strategy and Marketing Lead, I look across the entire customer journey to determine what your audience needs to hear, where they need to hear it, and what should happen next.

Depending on the strategy, that might include content, email, video, podcasts, webinars, live events, communities, partnerships, workshops, social, or original research.

Events, content, and partnerships that turn connection into action — and action into revenue.

I own event, content, and partnership strategy end-to-end for founders and teams who need their events to actually drive pipeline, not just fill a room.

Design the right format

Designing and executing the right format for the goal — invite-only dinners, roundtables, webinars, summits, workshops, niche networking events, live streams, and challenges — built around your ideal customer and go-to-market priorities, not whatever’s trendy.

Build repeatable playbooks

Owning pre- and post-event workflows — invite strategy, engagement before the event, and structured follow-up that converts attendees into pipeline, not just a “great to meet you” LinkedIn message.

Partnership strategy that lets you borrow trust — relationships and referral networks that put you in front of the right audience, not just more people.

Driving measurable outcomes — pipeline created and influenced, deal velocity, and reputation that compounds beyond the event itself.

Talk About Your Strategy

Relationship-led growth isn't a tactic. It's a system.

Many experts treat marketing, networking, events, and partnerships as separate activities they squeeze in when they have time. We connect them into one intentional system — where every move you make deepens a relationship with someone who can hire you, refer you, or champion you.

Marketing Systems

After 16+ years building marketing foundations, Content Marketing strategies, campaigns, systems, events, and partnerships for companies, I built the Booked Out ecosystem to help independent consultants do the same thing—at solo-business scale.

Because you don't need an enterprise marketing department.

You need the right strategy, relationships, systems, and room.

Meet Sarah.

Content Strategist. Marketing Lead. Curator of brilliant humans.

I've spent 16+ years building marketing foundations and Content Marketing strategies for B2B companies, startups, and lean marketing teams.

I've been the first Marketing Lead—the person building the strategy, systems, content, campaigns, and infrastructure from scratch.

I've also stepped into established marketing organizations where the team didn't need another executor. They needed someone to listen to customers and internal stakeholders, find the story buried inside all that expertise, and turn it into a connected Content Strategy across the full funnel.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of Content Strategy, Marketing Leadership, events, community, partnerships, and relationship-led growth.

I'm also the founder of Tiny Marketing and Booked Out Collective, where I mentor solo consultants and create spaces that help brilliant people build relationships, visibility, and revenue.

Different rooms. Same work: find what matters, connect the right people and ideas, and build the system that turns insight into action.
