The Booked Out Collective
The community for solo consultants who are done doing this alone.
The Interest List is open now for the founding cohort. First 50 people in lock $555/season for life
You didn't start consulting to work in a silo.
But somewhere between the client calls and the invoicing and the "just one more proposal tonight," it became just you. Your calendar. Your inbox. Your own head, running the same three worries on a loop.
You don't need another course. You've got the frameworks. You know what to do.
What you don't have is a room.
People who get what a stalled pipeline feels like at 11pm. People who'll actually look at your offer and tell you the truth. People who show up on the hard weeks, not just the highlight-reel ones.
I help solo consultants get booked out without needing to be on LinkedIn all day, try every marketing tactic under the sun, or have an existing source for referrals that overfloweth.
Closed a stalled deal worth $40K with one message.
Got more LinkedIn impressions than EVER.
6X her current revenue within 90 days of joining.
Closed her biggest deal ever.
The Model: Four Seasons, One Focus Each
The Club runs in four 90-day seasons a year. Each season has one theme and one outcome — so instead of a community that's "always on" and never quite adds up to anything, you always know exactly what this quarter is building toward.
Everything inside a season — the kickoff challenge, the workshops, the one themed connection event — is built around that season's theme. You're never guessing what to focus on.
How a Season Works
You kick off with a 3-day challenge. Same format that got 56 of 65 people to book real sales calls in three days. It sets the pace for the whole season and gets you moving before you have time to overthink it.
You get matched into an accountability circle. 4–6 people, hand-curated by me from your intake form — not randomly assigned. Re-matched every season so the room stays fresh and nobody gets stuck with a bad fit.
Every Monday, you get three things to do that week. One email, three actions, tied to your season's goal. No guessing what to focus on — just show up and do the three things.
Every Wednesday, you get unstuck. Live Brainstorm Hour — bring whatever's blocking you, leave with a next step. This is where momentum doesn't die on a hard week.
You show up to a monthly workshop and one themed connection event. Live, taught by me. Not pre-recorded, not outsourced to a community manager. I'm in the room every week.
You track it — for real. A Wins Dashboard logs the actions you take every week — outreach sent, calls booked, intros made — not just the wins that happen to land. Consistency shows up on your dashboard as a streak, and streaks unlock things: priority brainstorm access, bonus templates, early access to the Guide Program in Season 2. The room rewards you for showing up, not just for closing.
Why This Actually Works
This isn't accountability for accountability's sake — it's built on the science of how habits actually form (drawing on frameworks like Atomic Habits and identity-based habit change): a cue, a small action, and a visible reward, repeated until the behavior becomes who you are, not just something you're trying to do.
That's why every season runs the same structure: your Monday email is the cue. The three weekly actions are small enough to actually complete. Your Wednesday Brainstorm Hour removes the friction that normally kills momentum. And your Wins Dashboard is the reward — tracking the behaviors that build a pipeline, not just the deals that close.
But the habit loop is only half of it. The other half is the room itself — and that's not a nice-to-have, it's doing real psychological work.
Being around people who've already done what you're trying to do tells your brain it's possible. When you watch someone in your circle land the deal you've been chasing, or hit the number you're working toward, your brain treats it as evidence, not inspiration. That shift — from "maybe" to "I've seen it happen" — is what actually moves you to act, faster than any pep talk could.
And being around people who are rooting for you changes what a hard week feels like. Solo consulting means every stalled deal, every slow month, every "why isn't this working" spiral happens alone in your own head. In the room, it doesn't. You've got people who'll problem-solve the stuck deal with you on Wednesday, who notice when you've gone quiet, and who actually celebrate the win with you — not just like the LinkedIn post.
That's the part a course can't replicate. The system gets you moving. The room is what makes you keep going.
The goal isn't to hype you up for 90 days. It's to rewire how you sell — with the loop that builds the habit, and the people who make the habit stick.
Event Love ❤️
Built her referral system the same day!
So actionable, she started implementing during the live session.
Got several sales calls booked in 1 day of a challenge.
Closed a $24,000 deal the next day using these systems.
Updated her positioning, and got a new referral partner the same day.
Founding Members Get One More Thing
Before Season 1 even starts, you fill out a short form and get back a personal Loom from me — a real audit of your business, telling you exactly what to focus on this season. Not generic advice. Yours.
That same form is what builds your accountability circle match. So it's not a bonus that sits in a folder — it's the thing that makes the rest of the room work for you from day one.
The Guarantee
Complete the kickoff challenge. Attend 6 live events. Fill out your Partner Matching profile. Keep your Wins Dashboard updated.
Do those four things and if you haven't booked a call or landed a real referral partner in your first 90 days, your next season is free.
This isn't "show up once and hope." It's: do the actual room, log the actual work, and the room owes you a result.
Where This Came From
I built the systems the hard way and took notes. Then I ran a 3-day challenge with my audience — 56 of 65 people booked real sales calls in three days — and the feedback wasn't "give me another framework."
It was "I want the room where people are doing this with me."
I asked what that room needed to actually work — not what would look good on a sales page. People said: curated matching, not open networking. Structure and tracked outcomes, not a content library nobody touches. An application, not an open door. A founder who's actually in it every week, not just at the top of an org chart.
So that's what this is. Not a course. Not a Slack channel that goes quiet by week two. The room, built from what my people actually asked for.
Investment
$777/season standard.
$555/season for founding members — locked for life.
Billed quarterly (Klarna Pay-in-4 available at checkout). One season (90 days) minimum. Renews each season boundary — cancel anytime after your first season.
Founding cohort is capped at 50 seats — first 50 in lock $555/season for life. Once those seats are gone, everyone after joins at $777/season.
"But..." — Let's Handle It
"Isn't this basically the same as Booked Out in Six?"
1
No — BOi6 is 1:1, foundation-building work: figuring out your offer, your pricing, your systems. BOC is for after that's built, when what you need is momentum, accountability, and real introductions. If you're mid-BOi6 or considering it, that's the better starting point. Many members do BOi6 first, then join BOC to stay in motion.
"$555-$777/month feels like a lot for a community."
2
It's not a content library — it's curated matching, live-taught workshops, a tracked guarantee, and a founder who shows up every week. If it were a Slack channel and a course vault, this price wouldn't hold. It's not that.
"What if I don't have time to show up?"

Here's what a normal week actually looks like: your Monday email lands with three things to do, and Wednesday's Brainstorm Hour is there if you need to get unstuck. Most weeks, plan on about an hour focused on your season goal. On event weeks, closer to two hours. During the 3-day kickoff challenge, about an hour a day. That's the real time ask — be honest with yourself about whether this season has room for it. If it doesn't right now, wait for the next one. This isn't built to work passively, and I'd rather you join when you can actually be in it.

P.S. Only 50 founding seats exist at $555/season, locked for life. I curate every circle and make every connection event introduction myself, so this room will never be a numbers game. If you want the founding rate, apply before those 50 seats fill.
