We start with a 90-minute working session with all relevant internal stakeholders.
This is where I:
Extract real insights (not surface-level opinions)
Identify gaps, misalignment, and opportunities
Get clear on the actual goal—not just the stated one
You don’t need to prepare a deck or presentation.
I’ll guide the conversation and ask the questions that matter.
2. Done-for-You Strategy Build
After the session, I take everything we uncovered and build:
A clear customer profile
Core brand messaging
A focused strategy to reach your immediate goal
This is a practical, usable document—not a theoretical framework.
3. Strategy Review & Refinement Session
We reconvene for a review session where we:
Walk through the strategy together
Refine language, positioning, or priorities
Ensure everything feels accurate and aligned
Discuss recommended next steps
You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do—and why.
