The Solo Consultant Summit is a 3-day virtual event (with a bonus 4th day) designed to help solo consultants learn how to consistently generate leads and grow their pipeline.

How the Event Will Work
The Solo Consultant Summit will run from September 14–16, with a bonus 4th day of live sessions and panels.
Speaker presentations will be 15–20 minutes long and pre-recorded.
Alongside the pre-recorded sessions, there will also be live panels and sessions hosted by Sarah, which will take place during the summit and on the bonus day.
We’ll also have a Heartbeat Community where attendees can connect, discuss presentations, and ask questions. This space will help keep the energy high and encourage attendees to take action on what they learn.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have a promotion period starting August 26. You’ll receive swipe copy, social media suggestions, and graphics to make sharing the summit quick and easy.
During the promotion period and while the summit is running, we’ll also be promoting the Booked-out Bundle. This bundle will include summit recordings plus additional speaker bonuses and resources, giving attendees even more ways to implement what they learn.
This creates additional value for attendees while giving speakers the opportunity to earn affiliate commissions and grow their email list.
What I’ll Ask of You
Here’s what participation looks like as a speaker.
1. Basic Information
Once you confirm that you’re in, you’ll receive a form to submit your:
Name and bio
Headshot
Presentation title and description
Links you’d like included on the speaker page
This information will be used to finalize the registration page and speakers page.
2. Presentation
Your presentation will be a 15–20 minute pre-recorded session.
The goal is to provide clear, actionable insights that help solo consultants generate leads more effectively.
Your presentation should focus on teaching something valuable that attendees can implement right away.
Suggested structure:
Quick introduction
Overview of the problem you’re solving
Teaching section
Actionable takeaways or steps attendees can apply
Optional short freebie mention at the end
You can present using:
Slides
Camera-only presentation
A mix of slides and camera
Presentation deadline: August 24
3. Booked-out Bundle Contribution
The Booked-out Bundle will be a powerful addition to the summit.
Speakers are encouraged to contribute one valuable resource to include in the bundle. This helps increase the value of the bundle and gives you another opportunity to grow your email list.
Examples of contributions include:
Templates
Workbooks
Mini-courses or trainings
Swipe files or playbooks
eBooks
Contributing to the bundle is optional but highly encouraged.
Speakers who contribute a premium resource will receive a higher affiliate commission as an additional thank-you.
More details about submitting your contribution will be shared closer to the event.
4. Promotion
One of the biggest benefits of a summit comes from the collective promotion of all speakers involved.
To help make the event successful for everyone, speakers are asked to:
Send 1 email to their audience about the summit
Share 1 social media post
Promotion begins August 26.
You’ll receive a resource vault with swipe copy, suggested posting dates, and graphics to make this easy.
Be sure to use your affiliate link when sharing so you receive credit for any Booked-out Bundle sales that come from your audience.
5. Community Participation
During the summit, attendees will interact inside the Heartbeat Community.
While participation isn’t required, speakers are encouraged to check in during the time their presentation is live if possible. This is a great opportunity to:

30% commission for all speakers
50% commission for speakers who contribute a bonus to the bundle
